The downloadable PDF consists of 10 chapters, each one designed to develop your mental fitness through a series of tasks, challenges, and exercises, all supported with explanations from Dr Pete. It makes sense to go through the programme one chapter at a time, but it’s flexible enough so that if there’s a chapter you think looks interesting or is about something you think might help right now, then you can just go go for it!
