Host – Dr Peter Olusoga

Pete is a Senior Lecturer in Psychology. His PhD focused on stress and coping in elite sports coaching and his current work is exploring burnout, well-being, and sustainability in high-performance environments. Pete is a BPS Chartered Psychologist, experienced consultant, speaker, and author of over 15 years’ worth of research publications, book chapters, and conference presentations. He is also is an Associate Editor for The Psychologist and for the Journal of Applied Sport Psychology, and is the producer and host of this award-winning podcast.
